Shipping & Returns

Shipping details: 

Shipments will go primarily via USPS. Any item under 1lb will ship via First Class. Any item 1lb and over will ship via Priority Mail.

Handling time on most orders will be between 1 and 3 business days, where most orders will ship after 1 business day. 

All items ship from our warehouse located in Caledonia, Michigan. 

If an item is out of stock when ordered then we will put the item on back order till it arrives. Item time length on back order is no longer than 3 business days and most times we can get items that are out of stock in stock the very next day.

Items damaged in the mail will be replaced free of charge as long as you contact us within 4 business days of your item arriving. We may ask for a picture of the damage or to be shipped back to us at our expense. 



Returns & Refunds:

We accept returns of all unused items for up to 90 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in original packaging (can be unsealed) and must contain all parts included in the purchase.

Returns will not be accepted for used items. If the item fails while under warranty, contact the item manufacturer for assistance.

For all returns customer will pay the shipping to get the item back to us before a refund is allowed. The only time we pay for shipping is if the item came damaged in transit and we are replacing the item not returning it.

There is no restocking fee for returns.
